A warm and friendly welcome awaits you in our peaceful, restored, 19th century home “Antico Borgo”.
The ancient property includes three holiday accomodations: .
The elegant and cosy flat "Antiche Travi" on the first floor of the ancient farmhouse with fantastic sunsets.
The bright and coloured apartment " Alpi Apuane" is on the second floor, with a magnificent view of the Apuan Alps.
The cosy and elegant Maison d'Amis, in the garden, sorrounded by the ancient olive trees.
They are carefully furnished with ancient forniture by the landlady and restored a l'ancienne by the landlord, an antique dealer. Fine decorations contribute to create a special atmosphere.

The beautiful apartment "Antiche Travi" offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of old houses, thanks to nice pieces of forniture, to the old beams, to terracotta and wooden floors. Every detail has been thought by the hosts, who have a passion for antiques and objects of the past.
The apartment of 100sqmt (4pp) is a duplex: on the first floor, a large built-in kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher), with a stone top covering the working surface and a bright dining area, the living-room with an important fireplace and a beautiful staircase made of an old marble, extracted from the Apuan Alps. A study area is part of the same room.
The staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a very wide double bedroom with AC with two windows overlooking the ancient olive groves (where you can add a cot or a 5th bed on request) and a cosy twin bedded room with AC with a big ancient wardrobe..
The elegant and spacious bathroom has a tub-bath and a large walk-in shower. There is also a separated laundry room.
A useful utility room complete the comfort of the flat "Antiche Travi", which, with that 'typical atmosphere” of the past, will offer you a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The bright and coloured flat "Alpi Apuane" (80 sq.mt 4 pp), just refurbished, consists of a bright living room with sofa, a kitchenette with a marble counter (fully equipped and with dishwasher) and a dining area, whose windows look at the Apuan Alps and at the summer sunset. An elagant large double bedroom with 2 windows with AC(where you can add a cot on request), a very large twin bedded bedroom with AC where you'll find sofa and tv (where you can add a 5th bed on request), a spacious bathroom with a just made walk-in shower and a separated laundry room complete the flat.

The cosy "Maison d'Amis" (60 sq. mt. 2/3pp), sorrounded by the same ancient olive grove, consists of a large living room with a sofa and two armchairs, an old fashioned kitchenette (fully equipped with dishwasher), a bright dining area with an ancient table and show-case and a double bedroom, where an extra bed can be added (it can be placed in the living room as well). The bathroom has got a tiled shower. A private terrace, fully equipped with a table,4 chairs and a beach umbrella, belongs to the dependance, too. In front of the terrace there are 2 deckchairs and a sun bed available for the guests.

Guests are welcomed everywhere in the garden/olive grove (3000 sq.mt.) wehre they can find a barbeque, a covered and lighted playing area and a playground.
The 2 flats have got their own pergola fitted with a table, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs and a sun bed, in quiet corners of the garden.
The flats and the maison d'amis enjoy the wide green area surrounding the farmhouse at 360° (olive grove, garden, orchard, veg garden), creating a secluded place, but so near everything needed.
A large patio with wooden beams, belonging to the main house, is available for the guests, who share also a playground, where a table tennis, a basket hoop, a table football, a darts board and bowling are available.
